OUR THERAPISTS

MEGAN REICHSTEIN, MA, LPC

INDIVIDUAL & FAMILY THERAPIST

Megan Reichstein is a Colorado native and has worked closely with our local community for years. She believes it is important to feel heard and, be understood, and works collaboratively with her clients to nurture positive change and growth. She treats substance use, anxiety, depression; trauma; grief, and understands the unique social and executive functioning challenges of her neuro-diverse clientele.

Megan takes a person-centered approach and is skilled in motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused psychotherapy. She empowers individuals to learn new skills to help manage their everyday lives.

As Brene’ Brown has stated, "Daring greatly means the courage to be vulnerable, it means to show up and be seen, to ask for what you need, to talk about how you're feeling, to have the hard conversation." Megan embodies this philosophy and helps her clients find the strength to "dare greatly" together.
