Strive Psychotherapy currently offers both in-person and remote psychotherapy services.

This is an hourly, W-2 employee position, $45-$55 / clinical hour DOE and offers flat rate reimbursements for other non-direct-client tasks (i.e. supervision, trainings, etc.) and offers a flexible schedule; a comfortable, furnished office; individual and group supervision; professional development trainings; a computer for the duration of employment, and malpractice insurance.
The position expects you to provide individual, couple, and/or group psychotherapy and maintain up to 14 client therapy hours for part-time status or up to 30 client hours for full time based on client census. Additional hours consist of weekly meetings, supervision, and administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling.
- Eligible to pursue licensure in the state of Colorado and registration as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
- Clinical experience providing behavioral health services in an outpatient clinic or private practice setting is strongly preferred
- Thoughtful case conceptualization and treatment planning, and ability to provide solution-focused psychotherapy services in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Experience treating mood disorders, anxiety, neurodiversity, substance, and behavioral addictions, trauma, and/or suicidality is strongly preferred.
- Excellent critical thinking skills, and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and patient confidently, including the handling of confidential patient records and electronic health record documentation.
- Being fully vaccinated is required to be considered for this position.
